Once an order is placed we usually dispatch within 7-14 working days using either the Royal Mail or a courier service, so please allow up to 7-14 days to receive your order depending on items being in stock. We will email you with an order number and let you know expected delivery date or give you a tracking number so you can arrange someone to receive your order. If an item is out of stock when you have placed your order we will email you to give an estimated arrival date. You can pick any order up free of charge from our shop Lloyds Home and Gift Store, 60-62 Cheshire Street, Market Drayton, Shropshire, Tf9 1PR you will have to arrange this via Email info@butterflydaisy.co.uk or phone 01630-658255 so we can make sure the items are there for you to collect.

Our couriers will generally deliver between 9.00am & 5.30pm Monday – Friday and all orders require a signature please bare this in mind when placing your order that the address has someone to sign for your parcel you can place an alternative delivery address if your item is a gift for someone or you will not be in and want to leave with a neighbour. We will not however be responsible if an item that goes missing once it has been left with someone else.
If you are not in when your parcel is delivered the courier will leave a calling card so that you can rearrange delivery or collection.
Please let us know if your goods have not arrived within 14 days from the date of your order for UK deliveries and within 25 days for EU deliveries.
Please email us with the date of the order, order number or tracking number and name so that we can trace it.
We can track all orders sent by courier online and will be able to establish where it is or if it has gone missing we can arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you.
If you want to cancel an order or return because you no longer require the items please email info@butterflydaisy.co.uk or phone phone 01630-658255 within 28days. we usually require you to send the items back to us in original packaging if possible and in good condition so we can re-sell you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items and you will need proof of postage when returning the items, we are not responsible for items lost in transit when you are returning back to us. We will refund you the cost of the item once received back into the account of which you have paid. we will email you to tell you when we have done this.
Or we have sent you with the incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or we will arrange a full refund send us an email to info@butterflydaisy.co.uk or phone 01630-658255 as soon as possible all we need you to do is send the items back to us with proof of postage. we will advise you the best way to do this when you contact us. we are not responsible for any items lost in transit on the way back to us
